Who Can Participate:
Coca-Cola is looking for startups aligned with one or more of the challenges below that have a developed and validated MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or whose product or service is already available on the market.
The main Coca-Cola challenges are:
— On-Demand Merchandising
We are looking for alternative merchandising solutions that allow us to increase the coverage of stores receiving this type of service and to synchronize promotional activities with the customer order cycle. Flexibility (on demand) and low cost compared to the conventional model are key requirements for the solutions sought.
— Omnichannel Experience
We are looking for solutions capable of integrating the various existing sales channels (salesperson handheld, TelSell, B2B Platform, Whatsapp, and EDI) and innovative payment methods. The goal is to provide an end-to-end view of the order cycle, interactions between different channels, and a seamless purchasing experience for our customers.
— Flexible Logistics
We are looking for solutions that provide intelligence for selecting the most efficient logistics mode based on pre-defined business rules, as well as last-mile delivery solutions for customers, aimed at increasing the flexibility, agility, efficiency, and reach of the logistics network.
— Point of Sale of the Future
We are looking for technology solutions to maximize point-of-sale performance (computer vision, data intelligence, sensors, etc.) that enhance understanding of consumer purchasing behavior, improving the shopping experience through optimal product assortment per store and reducing the risk of out-of-stock situations.
— Market Intelligence
We are looking for data intelligence and crowdsourcing survey solutions that allow us to expand our capacity to generate insights (larger sample base, greater volume of information, and higher frequency of data capture) to improve commercial execution and grow the customer base served (business prospecting).
