This week, Brazil took a major step in favor of entrepreneurship. The unburdening and debureaucratization of the entrepreneur's life brings greater agility in processes, less paperwork, and less storage space… I join the chorus in support of the MP, which represents a monumental advance, calling for its vote to be expedited in Congress and approved. Yesterday, if possible. The environment is grateful, too.
The Unburdening of Entrepreneurship
The model was inspired by best international practices from countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and England. Beyond these conveniences, the idea is that it will also contribute to resource savings, as it will allow documents to be digitized – reducing costs with paper and storage.
And what does the MP provide for? There are 17 main points, such as the freedom to work and produce — that is, the ability to generate income on different days and at different hours, as long as labor laws are not violated. There is also the freedom to modernize, which sets aside the effect of regulatory rules when outdated processes are identified. To read all 17 items, click here.
